Hello dear WG-seekers,
We have 1 vacant room in our shared flat, because our flatmate Dennis has gone back to England. The rooms has laminate flooring and windows facing the side street and is therefore quiet. More than 20 sqm offer enough space to live comfortably.
The rooms will be delivered furnished. In the rooms there are:
-Bed
-desk
-Sofa + table
-television + showcase
- VTL-25.000 Mbit/s WLAN, Internetflatrate
-2 cupboards
Piano/ musical instruments if needed and can be used :)
You don't have to say much about the location -super central, well connected. You can reach the University by bike in 10 minutes. The main train station you need 7 minutes to get there. Lidl and DM are about 8 minutes away on foot. Located in a quiet side street, you can reach all important shopping facilities easily on foot. Good transport connections by bus and train.
Dennis is also a music enthusiast and plays trombone in a band and chapel, we had a relaxed WG life, were together cooked, watched soccer together etc
Privacy is very important, despite the open and friendly atmosphere, so that you can find time and space for yourself.
