Dear Landlord,
My name is Natania, I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Hong Kong and I am now studying at Hotelschool the Hague Amsterdam as a 1st year student.
I am searching for an apartment to live in starting from Feb 2027 , as that is when I will come back from my internship abroad.
If possible I would love to rent the apartment for 2 years in total (until Feb 2029) .
Furthermore, I am willing to pay 6 or even 12 months of rent in advance to secure the apartment.
As a hotel school student, I am highly organized and most importantly uphold the standards of housekeeping in a hotel in my own room. I am well known to be extremely clean and take very good care of the furniture/equipment in my room and the common areas.
