I grew up in India, and spent the last 6 years in Seattle, and 2 years before that in Dallas.
I am a clean, respectful and easygoing housemate/tenant. Reliable on rent, as I am paying through my degree with my savings. If needed, I can pre-pay rent upto a few months.
