I'm Dávid László Zólyomi, and I'm moving to Amsterdam from Hungary to start my master's at the University of Amsterdam, and I'm looking for a steady home for the year ahead. I worked in IT consulting before this and plan to find work here too, though my studies come first, and financially, I have strong parental support behind me, so rent is always covered, on time, without fuss. I am looking for a home in Amsterdam.
I'm an easy to handle tenant who looks after a home like it's my own. I keep things clean, quiet, and respectful of the space and the neighbours, and I'm simple to deal with , approachable when it matters, and happy to keep to myself otherwise. I do not drink or smoke. I dont have pets either. I'm hoping to move in around August 18, though if it helps, I'm perfectly happy to pay the full month of August to secure the place (plus deposit) after signing the contract.
