My name is Sude Bingöl, and I am writing to express my sincere interest in renting your property.
This September, I will be starting the Master's programme in Clinical Psychology at Leiden University, and I am currently looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home during my studies. I am a responsible, respectful, and organized person who values cleanliness and takes great care of the place I live. My main goal is to find a long-term home where I can fully focus on my education.
My rent and all living expenses will be fully covered by my family, who will also act as my financial guarantors if needed. I can provide all the necessary supporting documents to demonstrate my financial security.
As I am currently in Turkey preparing for my move to the Netherlands, I am unfortunately unable to attend the viewing in person. Therefore, a close family member will attend the viewing on my behalf.
