The apartment is situated in the Javastraat, a lively street with a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. Pretty much all necessities you need, such as a supermarket or furniture store, is within 2 minutes walking distance. It is also only a 10-minute bike ride away from the Science Park, as well as only a 10-minute bike ride away from the nightlife districts such as Leidseplein.
About me
I’ve lived in the apartment for over a year now, and my roommate has recently moved out, so I’m looking for a new roommate. I am a 23 year old Applied Maths student who enjoys a night out clubbing or going to a bar, but I also enjoy having time for myself. My hobbies are gaming, watching football and pro-wrestling, working out, and watching a good movie on the "home-cinema".
Apartment
In the apartment, we will both have our own room (one room of 8 m2, and another room of 12 m2), and we will share the kitchen, the balcony, the bathroom, and the living room. The bathroom includes a shower/bathtub, a sink, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The apartment is furnished already, but you can of course bring your own things/furniture.
High-speed WiFi is included in the rent price, with a router in both the living room as well as one of the bedrooms so that there is a good connection throughout the whole apartment.
